We sell physical solid-wood home pieces only. Natural grain varies; food-contact pieces require hand care; stick-on and freestanding pieces are not structural fixtures.
Proper store use
Use the store for lawful personal or trade purchasing, product research, care guidance and support. Do not interfere with checkout, security, inventory or other customers; probe private routes; automate abusive requests; submit false identity or delivery details; or attempt payment fraud.
Safe product use
Follow product dimensions, placement, surface and load instructions. Do not use side tables or risers as seats or steps. Do not treat stick-on pieces as structural fixtures. Keep all products away from open flame; the Candle & Plant Riser Set is supplied for a flameless LED candle only.
Food-contact boundaries
Hand wash food-contact pieces, never soak or use a dishwasher, dry promptly and re-oil with suitable food-safe oil. Stop using a piece if it becomes deeply split or cannot be cleaned safely. No product is marketed with antibacterial, therapeutic or other health effects.
Original and generic designs
Product names, imagery and arrangements are original to Oaknest or describe generic forms. Do not upload, request or send third-party protected artwork, logos or character designs through support or trade channels. Do not misrepresent resale goods as affiliated with another rights holder.
Responsible timber direction
We favour responsibly sourced timber and supplier traceability. Sustainability language describes our sourcing direction and is not a certification claim for an individual item unless its product page expressly provides supporting certification.
Enforcement and contact
