When will my order leave?
Normally within 2–4 business days. Typical worldwide transit is 5–14 business days, with customs and remote-area variation.
Is natural colour variation returnable?
Variation alone is expected. If a piece materially differs from its description or is structurally unsound, send clear photographs so we can assess it.
How do I start a return?
Email support@glenavonjoineryy.shop within 30 days of delivery, or 60 days for an active paid member, before sending the item.
Can a side table be used as a stool?
No. Side tables, shelf risers and decorative risers are not seats or steps. Follow the product’s evenly distributed load limit.
Where are duties paid?
Destination customs authorities or their carrier may collect import duty, tax or brokerage from the recipient.
