We sell physical solid-wood home pieces only. Natural grain varies; food-contact pieces require hand care; stick-on and freestanding pieces are not structural fixtures.
Return window
Request a return within 30 days after delivery. Active Nest Club and Nest Studio members receive 60 days. Mandatory cancellation or consumer rights that provide a longer or different period remain unaffected.
Required condition
Change-of-mind goods must be unused, unmodified, complete and securely packed. Do not oil, wash, soak, mount, adhere or load a piece you intend to return. Food-contact boards, bowls, serving pieces and utensils must remain unused; stick-on shelf or ledge adhesive must remain unapplied.
Natural timber variation
Grain, shade, knots, mineral marks, slight movement and small checks are expected natural characteristics. Send photographs if you believe the item materially differs from its description or is structurally defective; we assess the specific piece fairly.
Return process
Email support@glenavonjoineryy.shop before sending anything. Include the order email, SKU name and reason. We provide the return location and packing instructions. Unauthorised parcels may be delayed or refused by the receiving facility.
Return shipping and inspection
We cover reasonable standard return shipping for verified faults, damage or incorrect items. Change-of-mind return shipping is normally paid by the customer where law permits. Heavy items and bundles should use tracked, appropriately insured carriage. We inspect contents, condition and included pieces before approving the refund.
Quarterly Studio pieces
A quarterly physical piece already dispatched is not returnable solely because the subscription is cancelled. It may still be returned when faulty or where mandatory withdrawal rights apply, subject to the same unused condition rules.
