We sell physical solid-wood home pieces only. Natural grain varies; food-contact pieces require hand care; stick-on and freestanding pieces are not structural fixtures.

Oaknest is operated by GLENAVON JOINERY & CONSTRUCTION SERVICES LIMITED at 37 Hamilton Road, Strathaven, Scotland, ML10 6JA, United Kingdom. By ordering, you confirm that you are 18 or older, or aged 13–17 with guardian agreement. Children under 13 may not use this store.
Goods and natural material
We sell the 17 physical desk, storage, kitchen, dining, living and bundled pieces shown in our catalogue. Images and dimensions communicate the product, but solid wood naturally varies in tone, grain, knots, mineral marks and small checks. Slight movement with humidity or temperature is normal and is not by itself a defect.
Food-contact boards, bowls, serving pieces and utensils use a food-safe oil finish. Hand wash, never soak, never use a dishwasher, dry promptly and re-oil regularly. We make no antibacterial or health claim.
No-install placement and load limits
Place and freestanding pieces must sit on a dry, level and suitable surface. Stick-on pieces require a clean, smooth and sealed surface, the stated curing time and their listed maximum load. They are not structural fixtures. Users are responsible for surface suitability and safe loading; select a freestanding piece for heavier objects.
Orders, prices and payment
Prices and checkout are in USD. An order becomes binding when the payment provider confirms payment and we accept it for fulfilment. We may cancel and refund an order affected by stock error, pricing error, fraud indicators or a destination we cannot lawfully serve. Complete card credentials are handled by the payment provider.
Oaknest Club
Nest Club and Nest Studio renew monthly or yearly until cancelled. Benefits apply while paid and do not create points, stored value or transferable credit. Cancellation stops future renewal and the current paid period continues. A Studio quarterly physical piece already dispatched cannot be returned merely because the membership was cancelled; statutory rights for faulty goods remain.
Delivery, title and risk
Worldwide shipping estimates are not guarantees. Risk passes on delivery to the supplied address. Customs duties, import taxes and destination charges may be collected from the recipient. See the Shipping & Delivery Policy for dispatch ranges and address rules.
Liability and consumer rights
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to mandatory consumer rights, we are not responsible for loss caused by ignoring care, surface or load instructions, misuse as a step or seat, open flame, prolonged water exposure or unauthorised alteration.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales have jurisdiction, without removing mandatory consumer rights or the right to bring a claim in a consumer’s home jurisdiction where law requires.
